Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced LMS Tester – Temenos Transact to validate loan management functionalities, financial transactions, and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Temenos Transact, loan management systems, General Ledger (GL) integration, accounting validation, and SIT/UAT, with a strong understanding of IFRS compliance and financial risk controls.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios for the Loan Management System (LMS) using Temenos Transact.
Validate the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including loan origination interfaces, disbursements, repayments, settlements, closures, and related financial transactions.
Test loan financial products, interest calculations, fees, charges, amortization schedules, and repayment processing.
Validate General Ledger (GL) integration, accounting entries, financial postings, and reconciliation processes.
Verify accounting treatments and financial calculations to ensure compliance with IFRS requirements and applicable banking standards.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of LMS functionalities.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects, coordinating with development, business, and functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
Validate financial controls, risk controls, transaction accuracy, and exception-handling scenarios.
Prepare test plans, test cases, test data, execution reports, and defect status reports.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Support regression testing and release validation to maintain system stability and data integrity.
Required Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience in Temenos Transact and Loan Management System (LMS) testing.
Strong understanding of loan management processes and the end-to-end loan lifecycle.
Experience testing banking financial products, loan transactions, disbursements, repayments, settlements, and interest calculations.
Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) integration, accounting entries, financial postings, and reconciliation.
Experience in accounting validation and IFRS compliance testing.
Practical experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Proficiency in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test documentation.
Understanding of banking risk controls, financial transaction controls, and exception handling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in banking or financial services projects involving loan management systems.
Familiarity with banking accounting processes, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or other structured delivery environments.
