Job Description
Description: • Define and own the product strategy for our unified Low-Code/No-Code PaaS (aPaaS + iPaaS + aiPaaS) • Drive rapid application development features including visual builders, reusable components, and workflow automation • Lead development of integration capabilities with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed intelligent features like predictive analytics, NLP, and autonomous workflows • Ensure platform extensibility, multi-tenant scalability, and enterprise-grade security • Partner with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive experiences for both citizen developers and IT teams • Engage with global stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize roadmap features • Monitor KPIs across platform adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with regional data regulations and governance standards Required Candidate Profile • 15+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, platform engineering, or integration technologies • Proven success in delivering Low-Code/No-Code platforms or PaaS products at scale • Strong understanding of aPaaS, iPaaS, and aiPaaS architectures and use cases • Experience working with AI/ML teams and integrating intelligent features into enterprise platforms • Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.
